Dr. Baker-Palmer loves to spend time with her husband and children and likes going to concerts and traveling. She enjoys crafts and making things with her hands, too, and has many projects going on around the house. To unwind, she loves keeping up on celebrity gossip, watching goofy comedies, and she's a huge fan of The Gilmore Girls. As a busy mom, Dr. Baker-Palmer understands how precious time is for families, so she tries to keep her practice running as efficiently as possible.
Dr. Baker-Palmer grew up about 20 minutes from Fort Wayne in the town of Monroeville, Indiana. She loves being "back home" to serve as a family physician in the community she was raised in. She joined Lutheran Medical Group in August 2010 when her former group, Brooklyn Medical Associates, joined Lutheran Medical Group. She has been a family physician at BMA since early 2010.
Dr. Baker-Palmer graduated from Indiana University in 2003 and from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2007. She completed a family medicine residency at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in 2010.
Dr. Baker-Palmer is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Indiana State Medical Association and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
