Patients should call LMG for a prescription refill when there are at least seven pills still left in the bottle. Patients should leave the following information on the voice mailbox:
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Physician’s name
- Medication name and strength
- Pharmacy name and telephone number
Patients will be contacted if there is a problem with the refill request. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for prescription refills.
Patients who utilize the MyHealth patient portal can also request refills online. Click “My Health” and navigate to the “Medications” tab. Click on the line with the medication to be refilled, then click on the pill bottle icon in the “Options” column.
In the popup window, ensure the proper provider is showing and the right pharmacy. Add additional notes, if desired, and click “Send” to deliver the request to the provider.
